Hello and welcome to Day 1 of our training!
Before we dive in, I want to take a quick second to say thank you for signing up. Taking this first step toward strength training is huge, and I’m so excited for you to get going! I also want to celebrate your willingness to be a beginner and try something new – this attitude will get you far both in and out of the gym. Bravo.
Alright, let’s get into it. Here’s what to expect over the next 5 days.
I’ll be guiding you through simple, effective ways to build confidence in your training – so you can walk into any workout feeling prepared and capable. Whether you’ve never touched a dumbbell, or you’ve dabbled… but never quite felt like you knew what you were doing… this is designed to meet you right where you are.
What I’m not here to do is this: bog you down in information. Instead, my goal is to make each day simple and actionable. I want you to actually DO the thing and build momentum! We’re going for tiny wins that stack up in a big way.
