Your Coach

Hi, I’m Kacey Janeen – a movement coach with 15 years in the fitness industry and a passion for helping women feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies.

I’ve been teaching various forms of movement since 2012, but my own training journey took an unexpected turn when I transitioned into strength training – not just as a way to get stronger, but as a method to heal my body from overuse injuries. What I didn’t expect? To completely fall in love with the process. Strength training gave me more than physical results – it gave me confidence, resilience, and a deeper awareness of how my body moves.

But getting started wasn’t easy. I had to navigate confusing advice, overcome the intimidation of gym culture, and figure things out on my own. That’s exactly why I created this program – so YOU don’t have to!

Now, my mission is to help women kickstart their own training journeys – especially those who don’t see themselves as “gym people” (I see you!). If you’ve ever wanted to lift weights but felt unsure where to start, you’re in the right place. I’ll guide you through the essentials so you can train with confidence and feel strong – from the inside out.
